I’m a digital storyteller with a visual eye and expertise across a variety of mediums. As a journalist, I am particularly interested in covering social and human rights issues, including education, health and healthcare, income inequality, and immigration. As a multimedia producer, I have worked for organizations large and small in a variety of roles: web editor, videographer, magazine designer. My journalism background means I approach everything from a storytelling perspective, while never forgetting the importance of underlying research and reporting the facts.
I’ve been a digital nomad since 2014. Previously, I was a digital media fellow at Columbia’s Graduate School of Journalism in NYC, then a San Paolo fellow and multimedia reporter at La Stampa, one of Italy’s premiere newspapers. I received my M.A. in Journalism in 2013, and my B.A. from Columbia in 2010. An avid traveler, I have lived in four countries and speak fluent Spanish and Italian.
