Ella & Me

Jazz singer Carmen Woodruff conceived a one-woman show celebrating the life and sound of Ella Fitzgerald as part of her Master’s Thesis at Berklee College of Music.

I created a design with a patriotic theme to help promote her show’s July 4th premiere in Valencia, Spain.

When the show reprised in Boston the following year, Berklee commissioned a second design, to the right. I delivered both versions in various formats – posters, flyers and postcards – and created programs for both shows, as well.
